Papal reception in the Vatican

On the day of St. Peter and St. Paul, Pope Benedek XVI celebrated with solemn mass in
St. Peter's Basilica. The newly inaugurated members of the Military and Hospitaller Order of
Saint Lazarus of Jerusalem were invited to the closed event, where bishops were consecrated
as cardinals.
My wife and I partook of a great privilege on Wednesday, June 29, when as participants in this special occasion, we received the personal, paternal, apostolic blessing of the Holy Father.
